At Aarke, we strive for perfection in every detail of your home carbonation experience; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Aarke packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
